Agri Academy: Focus Group

The Agri-Academy aims to equip NEETs with the essential agricultural and entrepreneurial skills that enable NEETs to start their own agri-enterprises. As a part of this project, the consortium conducted focus groups that involved 12 experts (e.g., in the fields of agriculture and education, etc.).
 
The results of these focus groups provided a basis for the development of training material.The following practices are considered as very important and important and was decided to be included in the Best Practices Portfolio and the Training Handbook.
  • Regenerative agriculture, for topics/practices water management and fertilization decisions
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Pest management-Pesticide Safe Use 
  • Waste Management
  • Composting
  • Reduction of GHG emissions
  • ESG in Agribusinesses
