Agri Academy: Partners’s Meeting (Nicosia, Cyprus)
The Agri Academy project officially commenced with a partners' meeting held in Nicosia, Cyprus, bringing together Omnia and the Benaki Phytopathological Institute (BPI). During this meeting, the partners engaged in discussions related to project management and technical aspects, reaching a consensus on key factors essential for the project's successful implementation.
Representing Omnia, Mrs. Anthi, the Manager of the Erasmus Department, and Mrs. Begum, our EU Projects’ Manager, were present at the meeting.
The project's goal is to create a creative blended training material for NEETs who want to learn about sustainable agriculture and entrepreneurship. The following goals have been established:
- Teach NEETs how to enhance their skills and knowledge in sustainable agriculture and entrepreneurship
- Create a training course for the TG to start a sustainable agriculture enterprises
- Inspire NEETs to start a new career path in sustainable agriculture sector by providing real-life agri-practices
