CypruSaves: Training the Farmers
After the development of the CypruSaves tools, the pilot winery and its 69 cooperating farmers were contacted to gather feedback for improvement. The consortium meticulously records and assesses this feedback to evaluate functionality, identify drawbacks, assess satisfaction levels, and evaluate communication and cooperation among farmers, as well as the quality of data. This allows for corrective interventions, whether technical or communicative, to be made promptly.
Ensuring that CypruSaves remains a user-centric project throughout all its phases is paramount. To achieve this, a multi-actor approach strategy has been adopted to regularly engage stakeholders for input and feedback in a balanced manner. Project partners design appropriate actions to enhance effective engagement and capture stakeholders' opinions, views, and approaches during tool development, ensuring a co-creation process. Involved farmers receive training in tool usage through workshops and seminars, and dissemination actions are also being carried out.
