ECOffee: Needs Analysis Report

The ECOffee project aims to create significant environmental and social benefits by promoting sustainable coffee consumption. As a crucial initial step towards achieving this goal, we have developed a Needs Analysis Report. This report serves the following purposes:

• Identifying the knowledge gaps and requirements of coffee consumers regarding sustainable coffee consumption.
• Recognizing the needs of cafeteria owners, employees, and educators to develop effective strategies for encouraging sustainable coffee consumption habits.
• Gathering information on global best practices for promoting and incentivizing sustainable coffee consumption among customers.
• Documenting the existing educational resources and courses related to the promotion of sustainable coffee consumption habits within the EU.
