ECOffee: Final Partners' Meeting (Thessaloniki, Greece)

The final meeting of the ECOffee project partners took place in Thessaloniki, Greece, marking the culmination of an inspiring collaborative effort aimed at promoting sustainability in coffee waste management. Representatives from the partner organizations gathered to discuss the final requirements needed to successfully wrap up the project and ensure all deliverables were met.

One of the key highlights of the meeting was the presentation of the ECOffee mobile application. The app is designed to assist both coffee consumers to spot the cafeterias that are within the ECOffee cluster. The consumers can collect and redeem points within this sustainable ecosystem of coffee shops. The user-friendly platform also, offers practical guidance on how to reduce coffee waste, repurpose coffee grounds, and participate in a circular economy model.
