ECOffee: Final Partners' Meeting (Thessaloniki, Greece)
The final meeting of the ECOffee project partners took place in Thessaloniki, Greece, marking the culmination of an inspiring collaborative effort aimed at promoting sustainability in coffee waste management. The consumers can collect and redeem points within this sustainable ecosystem of coffee shops. The user-friendly platform also, offers practical guidance on how to reduce coffee waste, repurpose coffee grounds, and participate in a circular economy model.
