ESG Diagnostic: Training Workshop (Athens, Greece)

The training workshop was held in December 2024 in Athens, Greece.

More that 30 participants from Greece, Cyprus and Sweden joined the session to learn about the outcomes of the project and get trained for the use of tools and methodologies to develop ESG reporting ( Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting), which has become increasingly important for enterprises seeking to demonstrate their commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.

ESG reporting involves disclosing information on a company's environmental impact, social initiatives, and governance practices to stakeholders. By providing transparent and comprehensive ESG reports, enterprises can enhance their reputation, attract investors who prioritize sustainability, and mitigate risks associated with environmental and social issues. Moreover, ESG reporting fosters accountability and encourages continuous improvement in areas such as carbon emissions reduction, diversity and inclusion, and ethical business conduct.
