SFEntre Newsletter Vol.2

We are pleased to share the second edition of the SFEntre Newsletter, presenting the latest progress and achievements of the project.

This issue highlights the completion of key project deliverables, including the National Focus Group Reports, the National Reports on Policies, Trends and Best Practices, and the SFEntre Guide. Together, these outputs bring together valuable insights, inspiring initiatives and good practices connected to slow food entrepreneurship across Europe.

The newsletter also presents the main findings from this phase, including the growing interest in sustainable food entrepreneurship among young people and small-scale producers, as well as the importance of supportive policies and local community engagement.
