SFEntre Newsletter Vol.3

The third edition of the SFEntre Newsletter is now available, presenting the latest updates from the project as it moves towards its final phase.

This issue highlights the launch and piloting of the SFEntre Training Programme, recent partner activities in Florina, Greece and the next steps planned for the coming months. It also shares insights from the Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA), where partners explored Slow Food entrepreneurship through field visits, workshops and peer learning.

As the project continues, the consortium will focus on evaluation, business plan development, policy recommendations and the long-term sustainability of SFEntre results.
