Reskilling and Empowering culinary entrepreneurs toward slow food movement aligned entreprises
In this project, we’re collaborating with five forward-thinking organisations across Europe to support and strengthen the Slow Food movement. Together, we're working to celebrate local food cultures, promote sustainable practices, and empower communities to make more mindful food choices.
Specifically, the key result of this project is the creation of educational materials that support the growth of Slow Food Entrepreneurship, promoting businesses aligned with the slow food movement, and encouraging positive shifts in consumer behavior.
The special objectives of the SFEntre project are:
- Provide in-depth review and guidance on slow food aligned entrepreneurship
- Increase entrepreneurial and transversal skills to accelerate the slow food entrepreneurship expansion and equip entrepreneurs with market-oriented skills through a flexible and digital learning opportunity adapted to their learning needs.
- Build alliances and accelerate Slow Food Entrepreneurship
- Encourage slow food movement aligned business and behavioural changes of consumers
