The WE project proposal aims to address the needs of Adult NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) by developing innovative approaches to Environmental Awareness and Sustainable Development (ESD) in Adult Education (AE). Through collaboration with AE trainers and NEETs, the project seeks to achieve the following objectives:

• Identify adult learning needs and good practices in Environmental Awareness and ESD across partner countries.
• Develop an inclusive pedagogical approach to promote skills in Environmental Awareness and SDGs in AE.
• Create an online knowledge HUB for AE trainers and Adult NEETs to enhance knowledge and develop transversal skills in Environmental Awareness and Sustainable Development.
• Equip Adult NEETs with soft green skills and knowledge through an educational gamified app for sustainable lifestyle choices.

These objectives align with the project's focus on inclusion and diversity, particularly targeting socially and economically vulnerable groups. Additionally, they contribute to environmental goals by promoting behavioral change and community engagement against climate change. Finally, the project aims to improve the availability of flexible learning opportunities for adults by offering a digital learning environment and gamified mobile app for ESD.
