Y-EDCO: Empowering Youth to Fight Plastic Pollution with AR (Augmented Reality)

Y-EDCO (Education for Clean Oceans) is a new Erasmus+ initiative uniting partners from Sweden, Romania, Cyprus, Malta, Greece, and Norway to combat plastic pollution in inland and ocean waters.

Using innovative Augmented Reality (AR) tools, the project equips young people with digital skills, promotes environmental awareness, and fosters active citizenship and green entrepreneurship. 

Through AR-enhanced training modules, a multilingual digital platform, and hands-on youth activities, Y-EDCO inspires long-term sustainable practices and supports the EU’s environmental goals.
