YETA: Partners’ Meeting

The initial meeting of the consortium for the EU co-funded project, YETA (Youth Education - Tourism in Action through Social Entrepreneurship), has taken place.

YETA arises from the necessity to promote awareness of sustainable tourism within the population. Most young individuals struggle to differentiate sustainable tourism offerings from non-sustainable ones. Simultaneously, they often remain unaware of the entrepreneurial opportunities within their regions.

YETA offers young people a training opportunity usable through modern digital tools and a study visit, that will be capable of providing the knowledge and tools necessary to undertake a socially innovative and entrepreneurial path, respecting sustainability goals. Through the project the opportunity is given to young people and youth educators to virtually meet to learn and to share their progress, they also meet in person to draw inspiration and broaden their working network.
