The Ecoffee Consumers project aims to promote sustainable consumption practices among individuals, particularly in the context of coffee consumption. It focuses on raising awareness about the environmental impact of single-use coffee cups and encouraging consumers to switch to more eco-friendly alternatives, such as reusable coffee cups or biodegradable options.

Through various initiatives, campaigns, and educational efforts, the project seeks to inform consumers about the environmental consequences of using disposable coffee cups, including their contribution to plastic pollution and waste generation. It also provides practical tips and guidance on how individuals can reduce their ecological footprint by making simple changes to their coffee consumption habits.
